I'm 5ft 3in and about 140. I ordered the small one because I'm a bit fat and I knew I wanted it to wrestle tight but the small one is actually looser than it should be got to . I would send it back to get xs. I just don't feel like going through the whole return process and I'll be wearing it to a party so it might well be a bit loose because I can dance in it. It's elastic.
