Review on Philips CrystalVision Upgrade Bright Headlight by Bill Russett

These bulbs are not marked H3 or H4 in the description but they are listed as matching Toyota FJ Cruiser bulbs. Although they are the right size and shape. At first I thought it was H3, but after looking closely at the lamp, it turned out that they have a double filament. (double for low beam and high beam H4). When I first installed them they definitely weren't as bright as my old PIAAs that had failed (I've had PIAAs for 9 years now). So when I was driving I didn't see my headlights on as usual, so I thought maybe it was an H3, but after the second day I noticed on the chrome bumper in front of me that they were actually on. So I'm giving them 3 stars for the price, they really work, I've also tried them with high beam and they seem to get brighter with high beam. If you need a more powerful beam with the same output, look for ultra-white PIAA bulbs.
