Love this pattern and that the layout is printed directly onto the batting which makes the whole quilt in progress process really fun easy to do. But if you still feel like you need more detailed instructions (or, like me, a visual learner) on how to make these doilies, there's a YouTube channel called Frayed Fabrics, and she has a full guide showing exactly that Napkin makes exactly this pattern/eyelashes. It's very easy to follow. Just type in "Quilt as you go, Venetian placemats, frayed fabrics" and it will appear. I watched it several times before starting this project and it helped me a lot. She walks you through the entire process, down to attaching the binding at the end, but many YouTube quilt channels have tutorials on binding.
