I got this shackle for a job that involves constantly lifting quite large boxes off the ground. I figured a decent back brace would help me get some extra support. Unfortunately, this thing doesn't offer anything in terms of support. I have a 30 or 31 inch waist, have a slim build and normal ones are too big for me. When I put the bandage on tight enough, the bandages sit on the sides. it's just really cumbersome. It might just be too big, but I'll definitely be bringing it back for something better. Definitely not happy with this purchase.
