
Not sure, I don't think it has a factory seal. Shouldn't the filters be wrapped in some sort of "plastic bag" to protect them? Also note how the instruction manual sits on top of the filters. It doesn't look right. And some filters seem dirty, they are dirty and they come off. They seem to be needed. I may be wrong, but I've seen that people can just wash the filters, iron them, and then sell them as new.
