Bought last minute for a trip to the beach in Hawaii. Fits well in my suitcase on wheels. Only weighed 4 pounds, not that much. Before going to the beach, I practiced assembly in my bedroom. I watched the video on YouTube and voila, so easy to assemble! Depending on how compact the sand is, it can be difficult to place plastic spikes in the sand, so sandbags were quite useful as a back-up. We regularly moved the tent depending on which direction the sun was shining from. There were other people on the beach with the same ones. So we didn't feel lonely. I wish it lasted longer but still a very good buy.
