I like that it is easy to use, and provides you with a lot of options in terms of what type of reports are created and how they are sent out. It's also pretty cheap for your first year, so there's no risk involved if you don't want to commit right away. The only thing I do not like about this product is that you cannot customize it as much as other products. You can have it set up to send you emails, but you cannot change how many emails get sent per day or week. This is not an issue when you are using it for compliance purposes, but if you are looking to customize it for other purposes, such as creating monthly newsletters, then this would be a downside. We needed a way to easily track our compliance status across multiple agencies. This has made that task much easier and more efficient.
