This used camera was purchased to replace my identical Kodak P850 which I bought about four years ago. I found this camera to have exceeded most of my expectations. As a digital camera, it fulfilled the same functions as film SLR cameras. The images I took ranged from close-ups of faces to distant landscapes. The zoom function allowed me to get accurate information about distant objects up to 20 miles away (e.g. Mount McKinley in Alaska). When using the zoom function, it is important to mount the camera on a stable tripod to avoid shaking. The only thing the camera can have is a blue tooth shutter button. I've found that when taking zoom photos, some had to be retaken due to the use of a mechanical shutter button. I solved this problem with the timer function. Autofocus is easy to use and takes the guesswork out. My original camera had intermittent problems with the on/off switch after a few years. I turned on the camera and was about to take a picture when the camera suddenly turned off. I have cameras (including Kodak) that have been flawless for twenty years or more. One of the positive aspects was the presence of several accessories, such as color filters, wide-angle and additional zoom lenses, and an electronic flash.
