The product is good for its price. However, if you want something that will really get the dirt off your nails, then you don't need this product. The bristles are soft and flexible. This is a great brush set for those who need to clean their nails for nail salon work. In my experience, nail salons require a film, powder, etc. off the nails before applying more product to the nails (e.g. buffing).
