DON'T SPEND MONEY ON THIS WATCH! Do yourself a favor and save on Fitbit, Samsung watches, Apple watches, everything but that Chinese POS. I bought them because they were cheaper than the well-known watches and should perform the same functions. I got exactly what I paid for. The app is terrible. I work shifts and it doesn't record naps. It can't even keep time accurately, which begs the question of whether everything else it does is accurate. My son gave me his old Fitbit Charge 2 and while it's a bit dated it's way better than this junk and Fitbit offers a lot more features and services. Whatever you buy, put your money aside for a quality watch and forget about that junk.
