I ordered this model to replace my previous VertuoLine #1 model.

I ordered this model to replace my previous VertuoLine #1 model. This fixes the heating issue, making the coffee much hotter. But I have a problem with a tank leak. Through research on the internet I have found others who have the same problem. I just got off the phone with Nespresso customer service and they confirmed the problem but informed me that there is a special way to align the tank connector to prevent leakage. While I don't see how the tank could be leveled any other way, Nespresso agreed to send me pictures showing how to do it. I will share them as soon as I get the pictures and confirm that this is the solution to the problem. Hope this helps others. ****UPDATE - 7/3/17**** Never received any photos from Nespresso regarding the leaking water tank issue. So I called back. The support rep I spoke to for the second time was very helpful and pleasant. She was about to replace my coffee machine direct from Nespresso but due to Father's Day weekend they were out of stock. She said I could either wait a couple of weeks and they would send me one as soon as it was in stock, or I could ask Revain to send a replacement. Since Revain had it in stock I decided to go ahead and request a replacement. Revain had a new one for me within 2 days. The new one works great, no water leaks. I waited before updating my comments here to make sure there were no leaks after a week of use. The old one was sent back. Happy to report it was just a bad device and the new one works great. *By the way, Nespresso was kind enough to send me a couple of their latte glasses for free for all my troubles. That's great customer service!
