I am 5'7 and 130# I got a large because my shoulders are really broad from fitness and I wanted a casual oversized look. I am glad I got the large for the extra room. It was not tight or anything, I just expected it to be less fitted than it was. Good quality and weight of the material. I washed it before wearing and it softened up just like you expect flannel to be. It didn't wrinkle and the collar kept its shape. I can really see this becoming a favorite winter shirt. If you were like me and couldn't decide on a size, get your true size for a more fitted look, or size up for layering or a more casual oversized/ boyfriend look.
