I have used this product several times and I have to say I love it. However, it was quite difficult for me to understand how to use it. Everything on the box and tube is written in a foreign language, presumably Korean since the product is made in Korea. Application: Put some in the palm of your hand and gently massage your fingers in circular motions over your slightly damp face. I keep this for a minute and then wash it off with warm water. My skin is soft and clean. I noticed fewer blackheads with each use. I sincerely believe the product is effective. It's gentle on my skin and I haven't had any side effects. I would give 4 stars. One star deducted due to the lack of English instructions.
