I'm into day 1 of use so my satisfaction is still a bit fluid, but so far, so good. I needed it to be of this design as I only have one working arm; therefore slimming belts that required two hands to put on were not going to work for me. I have your basic late middle age waist expansion issues; diets dont work, fitness training doesnt touch it, and that newer fat freezing treatment did nothing. Yet I wanted some kind of a solution that would help me look a bit more like I used to on days where i care about such things. I'm 6'2", about 130 lbs and a size large fits well. It is a bit tight, but it needs to be to do its job. I feel thinner wearing it, and while I dont look much thinner in the mirror the belt certainly makes it easier to suck in my gut, so thats a win. It is easy for a one armed man to put on. Just pull up like a pair of casual shorts and keep pulling til it gets to my rib cage. Nice! It appears to be well made and of quality, durable material. I don't thing this thing will come apart at the seams, wherever the seams are. I'd say it is money well spent.
