Purchased to use on a plane and car trip for my 1 and a half year old. I was worried that he would be a little too young for the toy or have trouble figuring it out but that was not at all the case. It is large and easy for him to hold, he caught right onto threading the worm through the holes. The only downside is that it is a hard, sturdy piece of wood so it can be a little heavy to haul around in the diaper bag, also it’s weight makes it a pretty scary projectile I’d your little one throws their toys!
- I am using this product in the kindergarten class
- The threading string may fray easily, leading to frustration for children trying to thread it through the pieces
