We ordered this so one of our kittens could climb the window while the other could not and have complained about it. It took him a while to figure out that maybe it was a bit out of place, but eventually he was able to join her. Yesterday he jumped off it and it crashed into the wall. Of course he's heavier because he's 6 months old when he was only 4 months old before. So make sure it fits snugly and is positioned at a slight angle.
