This is the only product that has helped my son's scalp. We've been to the doctor and seemingly tried all sorts of medications to relieve years of incessant itching, flaky and wet scalp. We applied the serum to his scalp regularly for 2-3 weeks along with the shampoo. We also combed his hair because the strands were falling apart. After 3 weeks the scalp was completely cleaned.
