Cute flared skirt! best in my review
I got it for my 7yo’s Halloween costume, but it will be part of her regular wardrobe after that. The fabric is a little different and there are no washing instructions so I did it on gentle and air dried. Seems to have come out just fine. Fits nicely, lots of stretch, and I think it will be long enough to wear to school.
