As service mechanics we use a Motorola CLS 1410 on the job. I bought a 'more popular' brand that said it would work with these radios, which they don't, so I was skeptical of the claim that it would work. Lo and behold, they work with the Motorola CLS 1410 and work very well. I can hear very well through the earphones and no one complains about not being heard through the microphone. If there's a downside, it's the design of the transparent hose connection. The port is huge and when I attach it to the back of the shirt, the collar of the shirt falls off a few inches at the back. It's not a big problem, but a bit of a hassle. The earbud is quite comfortable as I wear it in my ear for about 6-7 hours a day. It seals well and muffles outside noise, making it clearer. Overall, I can recommend this product and personally buy it again. I've even recommended them to other colleagues who are also considering getting their own.
