Two women to whom I gave this chrysolite necklace were delighted. One is pregnant and I read that it should be good for her and the birth. The other feels very safe in it. It is said to help with bipolar disorder and depression. It comes generously with a small selenite stone for cleaning and charging. Most stones need cleaning when they become dull and lose energy. Clean it by placing it in direct sunlight or moonlight, placing soil or earth in a pot, running sage or incense underneath, and placing it in salt water. Some stones, like amethyst, will burn out in the sun, so other methods are good too. Selenite doesn't need to be refined, but moonlight sometimes helps.
