I used to be a big fan of Paperlike. I always install it on every iPad I own, as well as my family's iPad. However, with Paperlike 2, we noticed a significant drop in quality of the product (apple pencil scratches badly) and talked about how horrible the installation is even for someone who has 7+ Paperlike v1 installed. The key point that made me write this review is the attitude of the company. Since sponsoring many YouTubers, it has become clear that they don't care about quality and customer satisfaction and prefer to focus on advertising. They made us feel like COVID-19 only affects them and nobody else. I have an order on hold for 2 months (fully charged from day 1). They used the USPS excuse for 3 weeks while the USPS was open and we received packages. Then the logistics between Europe and the US, while many European companies also struggled but their products found their way to the US and the rest of the world. Now they complain about the workload and the long queue. Coincidentally the product was ready to ship 45 days ago but the USPS situation is blocking them and now there is a production queue. A shame really, and a shame for the YouTubers who keep promoting Paperlike.
