You will not blind oncoming drivers! (Assuming your headlights are set correctly to begin with) (I may need to adjust a side) The fans are quiet, you can't hear them at all in the car. My headlights have rear dust caps that are near the fans. I'm thinking of making some small holes in the middle of the lid to allow for extra ventilation but still keep most of the dust out. I didn't rate the durability as I've only had it a few weeks. The time will show. So far, I am very satisfied.
