First of all this could be a great band and worth the money for those lucky enough not to be allergic to nickel because to be honest when I first saw this band after ordering it I almost couldn't believe its quality, especially considering its cost. It appears to be very well made, is a decent weight (which is a plus for me anyway), a solid clasp that is easy to use and secure, and it's such an amazing looking strap that doesn't show up in the photos . don't even start paying tribute to him. I got this for my Samsung Gear Sport watch with 20mm lugs and was concerned it might look small as I've always preferred 22mm straps, but was pleasantly surprised when I received it and put it on mine Watch put on because the design and weight make it look and feel bigger than any other 20mm strap I've tried. Well I loved it and it really seemed like the perfect band because it was exactly what I was looking for. Now unfortunately for the "hate" part of this relationship. One of the main reasons I chose this watch strap is that it claims to be made from high quality solid 316L stainless steel, which is extremely important to me as I have had a fairly severe allergy to nickel over the years as a mechanic have developed. , So stainless steel is one of the few things I can wear. more without breaking out. I'm by no means an expert on metals or stainless steel so I can't say for sure that this solid 316L stainless steel strap was a flat lie, but after less than 2 weeks of wearing the black paint on the back of the strap started rubbing off in places (presumably to expose stainless steel underneath) which caused my skin to suddenly pimple when I put it on (see last picture). I don't wear any other watches or jewelry on my wrist and I don't work with metal anymore, so I know this could be the sole cause of this, which doesn't make sense considering it has to be made from 316L. solid stainless steel that I've never had a problem with and has never made me break. The only thing I can think of is that maybe the paint they use has a lot of nickel in it, or the clasp they use is not stainless steel. Although it says so, it doesn't matter anyway because unfortunately I can't wear this band without tearing it, which doesn't make sense considering it's supposed to be solid stainless steel. So unless you have sensitive skin or are allergic to nickel I understand this would be a great watch strap and great value for someone, but if you have a nickel allergy you're better off skipping this because that's kinda the way it is has nickel in it when it should be solid stainless steel.
