I was skeptical about this soap because I had never heard of it before. Before using soap I used (and still do) cortisone cream and aveenos eczema balm. All the creams that have helped me have relieved the itching. This soap has completely smoothed my terribly noticeable uneven skin. My skin is smooth now and healed from scratches. This soap doesn't dry at all which is great as the eczema was dry and patchy to begin with. Highly recommended if you want to smooth uneven, dry skin. I also noticed that it really helps with itching. Never used and immediately regretted.
