This is exactly what we needed at the bottom of our bed for our doxies to climb up & down. We have a trunk at the foot of the bed & this is right next to the trunk. Perfect for our 10 & 14lb doxies to climb up and down on their own. Super sturdy. Haven't needed to clean it yet but the cover zips right off & is washable. It does slide around a tiny bit sometimes. But I think it's more from the people not the pups - they both love it & mastered it in 5 minutes!
