I've returned this monitor stand once before because it was so awful that I genuinely thought I'd received a broken stand, but now I'm guessing that's how (badly) the original product worked. This stand is incredibly difficult to adjust. You cannot make individual changes to one side without moving the other side. Monitor placement is constantly changing and needs to be readjusted, even tightened as much as possible. The rear cable routing channels are difficult to access or route cables through. Eventually I gave up trying to use them whole and just used velcro straps to tie the cables all the way. Difficult operation combined with constant drifting and the need to reposition levers spells the end of this stand for me. I've used 3 other dual and triple monitor stands for different workstations in the past and have never had any of the issues I've had with this one. I do not recommend this product and am now skeptical of ever trying another product from this particular brand again.
