Review on 🔧 AgimbalGear DH11 Extension Plate with 1/4" Monitor Mount Adapter Bracket - Compatible for DJI Ronin S/Ronin SC, Supporting Light Magic Arm - Multi-Functional Gimbal Accessory by Louis Asok

Since I was able to get this for free to review, I decided to give it a try even though my gimbal is a Moza Air 2 which is not one of the compatible types listed. As might be expected, the base plate made for the Ronin did not fit the Air, but the screw that came with the plate has a standard 1/4" thread like most tripods and accessories. I then happily mounted it on my DigitalFoto hand grip, which I already had mounted on the gimbal. I used the SmallRig's articulating arm to hold the monitor, but it was awkward and not quite right for my case. This extension seems to be exactly what you need. I have to remove the monitor to fit it into the case, but the mount stays in place, which makes setup pretty quick. Since the screw has a handle to turn it into a monitor, this isn't a problem, unlike the SmallRig, which I had to either leave attached or rotate the monitor myself to remove. This is a major improvement. I don't need a cold shoe right now, but who knows what may happen tomorrow. I didn't have this option on a previous install. Sure, today's rig is tomorrow's Kludge, but for now I prefer this mount. It is well made and offers multiple options with mounting system, button head screws, cold shoe and additional threaded screw holes.
