I had to attach a tablet to an expensive rowing machine to make it look like OE equipment. The Concept 2 Elite rowing machine had a long arm with a monitor at the end. I was able to attach this cotton mount to it and it works and looks great. Instead of using the bottom of the clamp which bolts solidly to any surface I just used the top with four holes and then all I had to do was drill four holes in the rower's mount and attach that mount directly with some nice touches. What would be better! The mount is solid and the angle can be easily changed to properly view everything you have. It fits a 10 inch tablet perfectly and is strong enough to hold securely while paddling. I believe it can accommodate some smartphones that are also larger. It has two sizes of arms that hold a tablet or phone, one is slightly longer than the other. I made the right choice in purchasing this product and will consider other mounts from this company for future setups.
