Complete loafer 😞 The group is not connected.

I got rose gold. The sliding parts for connecting the strap to the face cannot be connected. I tried using the sliders from the original band in this rose gold band but it didn't connect. I thought I removed a tiny hole in the face but no. The old strip is back up and securely fastened. Pretty loose because the rose gold makes the Fitbit very stylish so three stars and it would be great for my fancy dinner party. Alright🤷🏾‍♀️. An asterisk means the group is not connecting.
