It says it fits my 1988 k1500 and it kind of does. The first thing I always do after selling silicone, that's what I did in the first place. I went to install and found that the back of the case was not offset like standard units and I had to cut the heatsink bracket to match the grille. I then had to enlarge the 4 mounting holes as the holes didn't line up very well. Once I did that everything went back to normal and the light got bright, which also required you to plug in the correct plug properly otherwise the light would be dim. I had an LED turn signal but it looks like I'll have to use the supplied LED ballasts as a bulb will still flash quickly. Overall worth the effort compared to faded units.
