I have been using this device for 6 months. Most of all I liked how it was made: a very convenient clip-on handle that allows you to hang it anywhere; excellent workmanship - you can feel the thoughtfulness of the design, excellent materials, and you just get aesthetic pleasure from visual and tactile perception. In terms of sound - in this size it is impossible to get deep basses, you can’t deceive physics, but it plays quite tolerably for such a little one. The mids are especially well reproduced, which is important for listening to audiobooks, podcasts and dubbing videos from YouTube. There is only one drawback, but at the same time it can greatly infuriate a user accustomed to high-quality equipment - this is an unacceptably high level of background noise, heard as a constant hiss. Fellow designers from JBL, but this is simply not serious, I don’t know about your other speakers, but since this hissed, the cheapest pocket receiver from the times of the USSR did not hiss in the background. My daughter is 5 years old, and even she noticed this when listening to bedtime stories. Perhaps this is a marriage of a particular instance - but in other reviews I also met similar complaints. Therefore, I sold it in the end, in return I bought a Sony SRS-XB21.
