Review on Glitter Girls Dolls Battat Accessories by Kyle Awasthi

My 7 year old daughter asked for another American Girl Wellie Wisher doll but most importantly wanted one with hair she could style. I've been looking for a 14 inch rubber boot compatible doll and I'm so glad I found these new Glitter Girls. Battat really nailed the right look and design with their poseable Glitter Girl collection. This doll is a Christmas present and has not been opened or played with. Her eyes are light blue and her lashes are comfortable to the touch. Her clothes appear to be well made from quality materials. One thing that surprised me was the darkness of her face. Her skin color is much darker in real life than my daughter's wellies and Disney princess dolls. This is even more noticeable in the blonde green eyed sparkling girl I bought for my 4 year old daughter. They look tanned and remind me of my Barbie Malibu from childhood. This isn't a problem for me as I'm primarily buying for hair, but there is a definite difference between the Revain photos and what I received. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and can't wait to hear what my daughters think. Love the price compared to $60 for a Wellie Wisher and will definitely be buying more Glitter Girls and accessories in the future. UPDATE 11/15/2020: My daughter LOVES this doll and plays with it every day. still in top shape after almost 2 years. With the wire doll brush and water sprayer, we had NO problems with hair fall. The doll is easy to dress, which avoids damage to her clothes and allows her to play more independently. The shine on the shoes has faded but the rest of the outfit is still in good condition. Only underwear is missing. My daughter wears Wellie underwear when she puts skirts and dresses on the doll. Underwear would be a nice addition or accessory set in the future. Last Christmas we added horses, a stable and some outfits to our GG family collection. This year we're getting 2 new dolls and a few more outfits. I highly recommend Glitter Girls! Durable, easy to put on and affordable for young children (3 to 7 years). A fun imaginative game for older girls who love styling, dressing and posing dolls (ages 8+).
