When I heard about the pink tax, the unfair pricing of products based on gender, I wanted to boycott "women's" razors. Shaving bugs me, so why support the patriarchy? Then I wanted to find an eco-friendly option. Not only did I like the combination of the bamboo handle with the plastic handle, the packaging was also acceptable. I have used the Venus brand my entire life and have never had a complaint. But when it comes to razor burn, there's no comparison. Bulldog only gave me one after I'd used it from my ankle to my inner thigh. Unfortunately, the razors still had a light plastic coating; somehow not expected. I am happy with this purchase as their shaving products will not be abused. Now just have to see how long the razor blades last (assuming I don't let water dry on them).
