Teen sizes - not girls

Satisfied with the product except for the size description. The pants advertised are for girls so I assumed they were elementary school girls and ordered a large size for my 9 year old. They ended up with teenagers for a 28 inch waist. I'll keep them to myself in the end, but the description should be clearer.
