This works great if I use it correctly. I just applied them to the spots around the eyes. I don't click anything and I don't delete anything. Hope he does it right. I put it horizontally on the spots and stick the eyes and then the rest of the device over my head and then go vertical lol. Hey, this works great. No complaints.
