Review on Monster by Jared Stauder

I like the Monster database of available jobs. It's easy to get around with multiple computers (laptop, desktop machine, etc). The layout and style of job postings makes them easy to read. If it wasn't for the fact that you have to enter in your pay range you could take advantage of free services such as payScale.com so employers can look up salary information on qualified candidates without having to post salaries themselves. You can see what other companies are paying for similar positions. I like the easy access that I have to other job postings that are not available on Monster. It has made applying for jobs easier. I do not like how the site is difficult to navigate. I have found other sites that are easier to navigate. I have been using Monster for a long time and have had no problems. I have used Monster to apply for jobs and it has been easy to use. It has helped me to get jobs that are not available on Monster.
