I usually wear an oversized or extra large shirt and other reviews have said it runs small. small is putting it mildly! If I had to compare it to other sizes, this would be the tightest medium size. The shirt itself is tiny but the neckline is massive. Not sure who they made it for, but the 2XL fits a 5ft 2in, 140lb adult with a beach ball for a head.
