If that's what you need. nothing better

Sometimes I need a way to protect a place that needs the qualities of this band. It's very thin and flexible. It expands with the skin. My husband, who has thumbs, hates this tape because it bends and sticks to itself so easily, but I can easily control it. It has paper on both sides so you can tape it in place and then peel off the outside tape. The paper keeps the curl in the roll and this makes it difficult to put on if you can't use both hands, so I cut a roll to the length I use and flatten it under something heavy so it now lays flat, what helps. I like that it holds up even if you get wet. It won't stick if you hold it under water like washing dishes, but you can wash your hands with it and it will stay in place. What I like most is that it is so thin and flexible. You don't even know it's you. An interesting thing. I had a boil in an awkward spot and put a piece of this duct tape on it. Strange, but it became less painful. Maybe it gives the skin a little grip. I don't know but it worked.
