I bought this dehydrator on March 10, 2021, unfortunately my dehydrator no longer heats, the fan blows but does not heat. I use my dehydrator a lot because I have a lot of dogs and I make all their treats, unfortunately I can't now because my dehydrator isn't working, it stopped working in the middle of the night when I had 2 large packs of boneless chicken and without skin. Breast and whole chicken spoiled. I thought this dehydrator would last longer than my previous one because it cost three times as much, but my cheaper dehydrator lasted much longer. updated. I contacted this company and the customer service is just ridiculous, they offered me a $150 refund for a $300 purchase 5 months ago, that's half the price I paid, what a joke, I can can't even believe that Revain sells their products, I'm very annoyed.
