Loved this backpack/hydrator. It DOESN'T MOVE when you run and I had a hard time finding one that fits my smaller size. At Jockey Sportswear, I wear the small size as a guideline, even some of the "small" running backpacks were too big. It was perfect for a job where I only needed to bring my phones, ID, and small items for the day. Also great for trail running where there is a lot of uneven movement and some body jumps but the pack stayed in place! Small zippered side pockets were easy to access while running to grab earplugs, lip balm, etc. When running in moderate rain, none of the zippers were punctured, and the mesh lining on the back provided good breathability in both the California heat and the Alaskan chill. . The only improvement I would suggest would be to add some reflective stripes or patterns on the back (some on the front straps) for early morning/night runs.
