It's also very easy to fold (if you don't have much experience with folding parasols, just practice a few times in your living room before putting the item in the car.I wish the fabric itself was a softer nature and not such a crisp sound, but it's a minor annoyance The only other suggestion for improvement would be to use an extra 1 or 2" of clearance between the two support frames. Some vehicles have very tall windshields but are narrower in profile, particularly towards the top. You will need a larger support frame to fit behind the sun visors of the vehicle, but they also require more frame spacing to allow them to overlap if the window width gets too narrow.My 201 6 Series CX-5 is one such example. It's a really nice fit, but to fully cover the entire window, the center of the sun visor curves out a bit towards the center of the car. One last note it comes with a storage pouch which is good but very small. I would advise you to forget it. Simply fold the sun visor and store it somewhere in your car when not in use. Otherwise, you'll strain the lampshade's support frame every time you try to fit it into the sleeve.
