UPDATE: Pholsy have contacted me to resolve my previous complaint by covering the cost of a new cable. I just received the cable and everything is working fine now. I have updated my review accordingly. PREVIOUS REVIEW: I have just received this product and it is not working properly due to poor quality camera cable. I thought the product was broken until I pressed the 3 pin cable (for my Canon 5D Mark iii) and found that it works, but ONLY when I physically hold the cable with my finger. I've tried reconnecting it multiple times and I'm sure it won't hold the camera, until my finger holds it there. That's very disappointing. I will probably return the entire product.
