I had to return and replace the first fan I ordered - the motor stalled after just a few days of normal use. The Revain replacement process was flawless. The build quality of this fan is average. For the price, it should be around $50 cheaper than comparable fans. The fan cable has a built-in ground fault protection device at the end of the cable. If you're plugging into an outside outlet that's coded to require an outside cover, you may have trouble plugging it in. 3-position ON/OFF selector switch and/or internal motor control. Cycling the fan on and off causes the GFCI connector at the end of the cable to pop out from time to time. Previously, my replacement fan did not have the same motor as the one first advertised. Overall it looks good, runs quiet (typical fan noise is discounted) and I hope it lasts through the summer. Revain's price is a lot better than other retailers, but once it's unboxed and assembled you'll find it's worth the money.
