CORK STOPPER, NOT WOOD

Yes, me white, cork is wood. But when someone hears the word "wood" they assume it is smooth pine, oak, etc. Cork is a terrible solution here. It will never be clean. It will trap dust in the pores. And all liquids are absorbed (think of the sugar in soda pop that molds over time).

Pros

This beautiful glass carafe can hold more than just wine, liquor and other beverages, it doubles as a carafe for fresh juice, water, mouthwash and other liquids - great for bed or in the bathroom
