Cystic acne, I feel your pain!π€¬
I have had really severe cystic acne for many years, I have used proactively for a long time with no noticeable results. I started using Ethos for acne and shortly thereafter bought silk pillowcases (which claim to help unclog pores while you sleep). And with this combination, my cystic acne went away after a few months. From time to time I had small pimples, but not like before. I'm not one to write reviews, but if you struggle with cystic acne like me, I would recommend this combination. I couldn't believe how much my face brightened.
