Feels like 100% silk
I looked through many silk scarves, ordered 3. To be honest I didn't notice that it clearly stated that it was polyester. I can't tell my 100% silk mulberry scarves apart from this one. I prefer natural fabrics; However, this is a really nice scarf. I went for an off-white color with some streaks and a 1/2 inch cream border. If the polythene around my neck is uncomfortable, I tie it around my purse.
