Review on Serco Point Web by Michael Vargas

The point web team always makes us feel like they care about what WE want rather than just making sure their system works well for them! I've been working with this group from day 1 when it first launched to today since relaunch as pwetoday - everyone is so helpful & really passionate that you can't go wrong!! Sometimes there's an issue or concern but someone quickly responds by giving great solutions instead/as opposed /to telling me how bad my idea was etc (or even pointing out why your solution would be better). Just overall awesome people at least across all 3 teams here who do such amazing work every single time. And not only does our website look good online too which helps immensely b4 potential customers start browsing around elsewhere if anything looks odd lol :) Honestly though? It doesn’t matter HOW something "looks" because EVERYTHING will eventually get changed anyways ;) The website is very good, easy to use and user friendly. It's great when you want to have a website up for your business and need it done right. They don't do much customization, which can be limiting at times. I've had other services come by that do more customization and do so at a lower price point. We're launching our own brand in the pet grooming industry and wanted an online presence. Serco was recommended and they did a wonderful job.
