I left a review after owning it for a week or two. I've been using it daily for about 4-5 months now and I have to say I'm considering buying another one to use while others charge. However, I will say that $27 might make me look elsewhere. I paid about $18 for it I think and it was worth it, but not for the noise cancellation. 27 is too cool. They're just average, no more than $15-20 if you ask me. But anyway, I've found a nice niche for them where they work great and I use them on a daily basis. If you are a gamer, go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Sound, right-click TCL blabla Stereo and click Properties. Go to the Enhance section to turn on volume equalization. BOOM, the volume is extremely high, not distorted, very immersive, and assuming there are no loud car engines, gunshots or explosions, even the faintest sounds can be picked up in the quieter parts of the video game. that you would never hear otherwise. This gives you a major competitive advantage. I'm sure you could use any pair of headphones that support the enhancement, but unfortunately most don't currently. Whether you're playing shooters, stealth games, or just in-game, these headphones + volume equalizer will boost volume to a level I haven't been able to get with other headphones. Yes, it drains the battery quickly as there is a lot of current going through them, but I still get 6-12 hours with them so I'm considering buying a second pair to replace while charging. Pros: LOW LATENCY - 9/10 for Bluetooth latency isn't really crazy I can't say much, maybe 10-20ms. Most of the Bluetooth I've used has been terrible, with at least 25-100ms latency and even lip-synching or bloody awkward playing shooters, and I've felt deprived (with a different Bluetooth headset) in the process. 10, 8/10 for the price. Bass - 5/10, 8/10 for the price Comfort - 8/10 Stay in your ears when wearing - 8/10 Stay in your ears when sleeping - 5/10 Durability - 9/10 (You don't seem to its durable and very light weight, but they actually snagged quite a bit on some clothes when i took off my sweater, or got stuck under my body when i turned over in bed, or when they snagged on something and fell all the way off my neck solved a lot lol - and surprisingly hasn't suffered any damage or wear. The cables seem to be more durable than they seem in my experience but that could change!Cons: Noise cancellation - it's not good enough for most people who use noise cancellation need , including mine.. if you need noise canceling skip it they cater for FANS this nothing else they do very well in the noise canceling realm it was gr od to hear the fans dim while gaming. I like it and it works well, but in any other scenario you'll probably be disappointed. It doesn't filter out building noise, baby noise, hell, whatever. Maybe it could muffle the sound of rain? But the sound of the rain pit is beautiful. Anyway for the fans it's great for me I use 3 fans in my room. They're damn loud. It darkens them considerably. But if you're not a T, the noise-cancellation really sucks compared to most others I've used. It's just a small bonus if you need it, if noise-cancellation is your main desire then the reviews are correct. look elsewhere The price is now $27? I'd say don't spend more than 20 on them maybe 24.99 max, 27 is a bit of a boost, I mean there might be a better option for the price I haven't looked at lately, but i think its almost DOUBLE what i paid them 5 months ago. On the other hand, I've seen TCL Bluetooth for $80 at Best Buy if it's the same model, which to me is crazy and a big rip off. Maybe this is a higher model. quality versus price. It probably won't compete well even at the lower end of the $25-$50 price range. The headset is nothing revolutionary. This is an item of great value for those trying to save a buck when the price is right. Trying to go beyond that range is a bit risky. Their reviews are probably below the $27 price point, as I'm sure there are several $29.99 options that can easily beat this headset. Not a good move for the company or the seller or whoever raised the price for it. $15 or less was great. For the price, this was probably the only decent option. Currently? Probably no.
