Incredible customer service! I bought this wallet in July 2017 and it had everything I wanted. I am 66 years old and very picky about what I want in my wallet and this has completely satisfied her. The quality of the wallet was excellent and even the way it was packaged to protect it in transit was amazing. Since many new wallets are usually very thick when first loaded and need hacking, this wallet didn't need to be hacked, it was perfect the first time. In May of this year I discovered that the stitching on one of the inner map pockets had come undone, making it difficult to hold maps on that side. Nowadays when customer service is rare, I thought I should try to find a replacement. I emailed Bryker Hyde on a whim that I didn't really expect a response of value that is so typical of others these days. I couldn't be more wrong. In the past few years I have NEVER experienced customer service like these people. It's amazing how they take care of their customers. I sent a photo of the tear and they responded immediately and replaced it. The quality of these people and their products cannot be overestimated. You're in the league yourself.
