Review on Defect Manager by Michael Hughes

It is easy for me as an end-user, because I can create my own bug reports or choose from predefined ones that are already created by other users of this software (as far i know). The interface could be more intuitive but it's not bad at all either way! There isn't anything really negative about using defector so if you're looking into creating your first web application with some sorta user management system then definitely go ahead - there aren´t any cons yet!! We use our product mainly internally within one organization/company which means we only have few customers who actually make requests through emailing us directly instead via website form submission etc.. So managing those customer issues was quite difficult until now when they started sending emails like "Hey hows things going?".
